The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source modification of contract W58RGZ-08-C-0003 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, Connecticut. The anticipated modification will task the Contractor to relocate the Downed Airman Locator System (DALS) UHF Antenna on MH-60S production aircraft. The Contractor shall perform and document Supportability Analysis Summaries for organizational, intermediate, and depot level activities associated with this change and shall also update MH-60S Maintenance Plans. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60S aircraft.
