The Contractor shall provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, other means of construction, and all materials and labor specified in the Contract Documents or as necessary to complete the City of Sandy Springs Project TS168, Dalrymple Road Sidewalk Project, to install approximately 1,120 LF of sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, drainage system which includes but not limited to 210 LF 18” RCP and 36” RCP along the north side of Dalrymple Road, one (1) gravity wall and one (1) rectangular rapid flashing beacon with pedestrian pedestal installation system and associated improvements. The contractor must perform at least 51% of work, and must be Pre-qualified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation.
