The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government office located at the McKenzie Ranger District Office, 1905 Main Street South, Watford City, North Dakota, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services are to be provided in one building of approximately 6,000 square feet.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for office, copier rooms, break rooms, bathroom and the conference rooms. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions.

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government Apartment common areas which include entryways, common hallway, common laundry room and common utility room located at the McKenzie Ranger Apartments, 1901 Main Street South, Watford City, North Dakota, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services are to be provided in common areas of approximately 900 square feet.
