This project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to complete the installation of a pitless unit on an existing water well at the south ranch site and a pitless adapter on an artesian well at the main ranch site. Install 50 amp disconnect with 115 volt pit light and GFI 20 amp plug, 26 gallon pressure tank and valves in a new concrete pressure pit/vault for the south ranch site water well and connections to the 3 existing HDPE waterlines. Install 50 amp disconnect with 115 volt pit light and GFI 20 amp plug, and valves in a new concrete pressure pit/vault for the main ranch site artesian well and connections to the existing HDPE waterline to the west and the waterline to the hydrant to the north. The vaults shall be installed within 20' of the water wells. The 2 wells and accessories are currently housed in wood sheds, above ground. Remove and dispose of the 2 sheds off National Grasslands. The well at the main ranch site is an artesian well with 2" galvanized steel casing and a 2" diameter HDPE pipeline to a stock tank about 300' west. The well at the south ranch site is a 5" steel cased well with 3 HDPE pipelines for range water systems.

Ebert's Ranch Water Wells is located on 2 locations at the former Ebert's Ranch site on the Medora Ranger District of the Little Missouri National Grassland in Billings Co. North Dakota. The project is located approximately 16 miles north of Belfield, ND on US Highway 85 then 21 miles west on Billings County Road #2, Blacktail Road, to the turnoff to the ranch. The main ranch site is located in the NW ¼ NE ¼ of Section 34 T144N R102W about 2 ½ miles northwest of the turnoff Blacktail Road. The south ranch site is located about .6 miles north of the turnoff Blacktail Road in the NW ¼ of Section 1 T143N R102W.
