The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal AL. intends to award Rockwell Collins, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302.1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR) with Selective Availability Anti Spoofing Module (SAASM).

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Governments intent to award a sole-source purchase to Rockwell Collins.
