CITY OF DACULA P.O. Box 400 Dacula, Gwinnett County, Georgia 30019 The City of Dacula (OWNER) is requesting bids to be submitted for the “Dacula Maintenance Facility Concrete Paving Improvements” project located on City property at the west end of West Drowning Creek Road within City Limits of Dacula, Georgia, more particularly described as follows: The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary for concrete paving of the existing gravel area around the Dacula Maintenance Facility Building as described below. Contractor shall demolish existing gravel area to subgrade (approximately 6” depth) around the Dacula Maintenance Facility Building to limits as illustrated on the Drawings. Subgrade area will need to be fine graded for positive drainage away from existing maintenance and storage building so that spot grades of finished concrete match those as illustrated on the Drawings. Subgrade shall be compacted to 98% standard proctor. Contractor will then install six inch (6”) of 3000 PSI Concrete Paving with 12” turn-downs at perimeter and those areas adjacent to existing concrete paving around building per Detail #1, Sheet 200 on the Drawings.
