PROJECT SCOPE: Project is located in Dacula, GA. Existing building will be occupied during construction. Renovation includes selective exterior and interior demolition of the existing sidewalks, curb ramps. New work includes limited wall framing/gypsum board, painting, plastic laminate cabinets, solid surface countertops, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and limited electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Bid packages will be received at Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019, no later than 2 PM on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Any packages received after 2 PM will not be considered by the OWNER. Bid packages will be opened & read aloud. Bids will be evaluated by OWNER, and project award is anticipated upon completion of this evaluation.
