Separate sealed pre-qualifications and bids will be received by the City of Dacula (OWNER) for a General Contract to furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment, necessary for the Dacula City Hall ADA Upgrades located at 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA. PROJECT SCOPE: Project is located in Dacula, GA. Existing building will be occupied during construction. Renovation includes selective exterior and interior demolition of the existing sidewalks, curb ramps. New work includes limited wall framing/gypsum board, painting, plastic laminate cabinets, solid surface countertops, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and limited electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Limited access to the building and site usage. Access to electronic only Bid Documents shall be obtained from Precision Planning, Inc. (ARCHITECT) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Bidders wanting to submit a bid must purchase access to bid documents from Precision Planning, Inc. A hard copy of Bid Documents may be examined at PPI, 400 Pike Blvd, Lawrenceville, GA. Bid packages will be received at Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019, no later than 2 PM on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Any packages received after 2 PM will not be considered by the OWNER. Bid packages will be opened & read aloud. Bids will be evaluated by OWNER, and project award is anticipated upon completion of this evaluation. A mandatory pre-bid conference for interested bidders will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019.
