This is to notify all interested parties to the subject Request for Quotation above, that it as been determined by the Government to put this requirement on hold as of 2/21/2003. A solicitation to this requirement may be advertised on or before 3/31/2003 unless it is in the Government's best interest to cancel the requirement in it's entirety.
