The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) hereby releases the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Supply Chain Modernization single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Step One proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 18, 2023 via the Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA) site (https://www.voa.va.gov/). Please note that VA reviewed questions and comments received in the market research phase which has officially ended with the posting of this RFP and, in consideration, made various updates throughout the RFP.
