Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Elekta, Inc to establish software/hardware preventative maintenance and emergency service for Elekta Radiation Treatment Planning Software and Application (Monaco 3D, Monaco IMRT, Monaco VMAT, Multi Plane Viewing, Contouring CT Simulation Fusion 4D Support Plan, Review and Approval DICOM Import and Export, Collapsed Cone Algorithm, Electron Monte Carlo Monte Carlo Algorithm) and Elekta Oncology Information System Software (Mosaiq, Mosaiq Resource Scheduling, Mosaiq RO, Mosaiq Procedure Management, IQ Server Software, Connectivity DICOM Virtual SIM, Port Reports x5, IQ Scripts Editor, IGRT Device Connectivity Elekta/Siemens/Varian, Connectivity VMAT/RapidArc/MARC, Connectivity MLC/IMRT, Connectivity LINAC). Elekta, Inc is the only vendor authorized to complete maintenance on these software and hardware programs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The Elekta, Inc system maintenance is already in use. This request is for sustainment of an existing service. It would be for Elekta Radiation Treatment Planning Software and Application and Elekta Oncology Information System Software. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a one (1) year base plus four (4) one year options. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 with a business size standard of $41.5 million. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM (Local Time) June 22, 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
