Sole Source Acquisition for Catholic Priest RFQ# FA4809-09-Q-0292 The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises. Required supplies are D21 Equipment and Intergration. LINE ITEM 0001: D-21 Equipment and Integration LINE ITEM 0002: Network Infrastructure LINE ITEM 0003: Installation & Training The Statement of Work is as follows: STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. SCOPE: To provide all tools, materials, equipment, personnel, transportation, and any related items and logistics necessary to install Monaco Client System Upgrade as stated in Monaco quote in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and guidance. Included are the following instructor costs: training and travel fees, meals, lodging, rental car, airfare, manuals, shipping charges for equipment, and POV mileage. 2. MATERIALS: Any and all other necessary tools, equipment, testing materials, test bench, or tool kits will be supplied by vendor/instructor. 3. LOCATION: This system is to be installed at the Fire Station, Building 4601 & 5006, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro, NC. 4. WORKMANSHIP: The contractor shall provide a fully qualified installer certified by the manufacturer to perform the system upgrade. 5. CLEANUP: The contractor is responsible to return all work sites to the condition in which they were found. 6. WARRANTY: One Year This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 24 September 09 at 4:00 P.M.
