The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to issue a six-month, sole source contract to Paradigm Solutions Corporation. The OCC will issue a competitive procurement for these services in the near future. The OCC has a requirement for a contractor to provide the technical expertise necessary to further assist the organization in the exploitation of XML and the exploration of XBRL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. All proposals received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement within 1 calendar day after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
