Upgrades/maintenance consists of 14 HASP Licenses, 2 Node Locked and 1 Personal Use. Shipping: FOB Destination. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the system. No formal request will be issued for this procurement.
