The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a requirement to engineer, provide, install and maintain full time, full-duplex, dedicated telecommunications services between Malmstrom AFB, MT and each of its twenty (20) associated Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs). The required service shall interface with, extend, terminate and hand back to the Government twelve (12) two-wire, loop start, toll quality lines, one 10 base T connection supporting a data rate of 1 MBPS and one 56 KBPS serial data port from Malmstrom AFB, MT to each MAF. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will be one base year with four option years.
