This acquisition is for the purchase of Treehouse Software Licenses Subscription. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
