The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to SNL Financial, One SNL Plaza, P.O. Box 2121, Charlottesville, VA 22902 for its proprietary subscription service for SNL Datasource inclusive of all financial, M&A, and Deposit Marketshare information, premium web based content within SNL Quarterly Thrift Digest, and Thrift Investor. A separate solicitation is not available. Proposal in response to this notice must include 1. Price Proposal – a firm fixed price for the services. 2. Technical Proposal – literature describing items. 3. Past Performance Information. Oral questions will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Responsible firms may submit a written response this notice. Oral proposals will not be accepted. The OTS intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order only after determining SNL Financial represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The period of performance is January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
