The Contractor shall perform system design, production, installation, and test for the Connectivity Program (connecting the Trident Submarine Training Facility [TTF]-- Kings Bay and Bangor-- to the numbered fleet) in accordance with OD 36763 for Weapons System Coordination, facility modifications, installation, and acceptance and OD 61424 for design, development, and production of the AWCS (Attack Weapon Control System) and AWIS (Attack Weapon Interface Simulator) systems. The Contractor will serve as the Weapons Program Coordinator (WPC) for the effort at the TTFs. The design boundary is the AWCS lab walls at the TTFs and the Contractor shall employ the SSP Coordination process to coordinate the external interfaces. Award will be made to General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems via a job order to an existing basic ordering agreement.
