The OASAM Office of Procurement services is looking for a twelve (12) month maintenance agreement for the following Statement of Work:
Job Corps needs the following support level for the Symon maintenance.
1. Software Replacement for Media Loss or Failure (Available via CD or download; Installation not included.
2. Software Enhancements (e.g. Service Packs, Patch Releases or Hot Fixes which are available via download).
3. Minor Upgrades (Minor Releases: e.g. 8.1 to 8.2; Available via CD or download, Installation not included).
4. Major Upgrades (Major Releases- e.g. 7. x to 8.0; Available via CD or download; Install & migration not included).
5. Symon Software Bug Fixes for the Current Version and One Version Back.
6. Regular Hours Technical Support (Available via Phone & Email: 7 a.m.-7 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday).
7. Repair of Defective Hardware Products (e.g. SDAs, NetLite II's, etc.) at Symon's Deport Facilities.
8. Replacement of Defective Hardware Products (e.g. SDAs, NetLite II's etc) That Cannot Be Repaired.
9. Enhancement of Hardware Products (Firmware Upgrades with Instructions; Installation not included).
10. Paid Transport by Symon of Repaired/Replaced Hardware Products from Symon's Depot to Customer's Facilities.
11. Regular Hours Technical Support (Available via Phone & Email, 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday).
