The U.S. Army Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle Management Command is contemplating award of a sole source, firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement to Siemens Software Lifecycle Management Software, Inc., 5800 Granite Pkwy, Suite 600, Plano, TX 75024-7712 for Siemens Software Lifecycle Management Subscription License Right to Use Support and Customized Software Training. The contractor, as the sole manufacturer/developer, shall provide proprietary design, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, technical support and customized software training. The period of performance for the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for (5) years from date of award. See numbered note 22.
