NARA is looking for potential small business vendors interested in performing the following services: Develop, test, implement and support a revised Case Management and Reporting System (CMRS) using Siebel?s CRM software, version 7.8. CMRS currently uses Siebel v6.3 which is a client-server architected technology whereas the Seibel v7.8 is three-tier architecture. This new version of CMRS includes a new web-based interface, modifications to customized code for user specific script requirements used in the application, and Siebel e-Analytics configuration. The Contractor shall provide technical support services to migrate from the legacy CMRS system to a new three tier architecture so that CMRS functionality is retained or improved to take advantage of the new capabilities of Siebel V7.8. This work includes the configuration and installation of all hardware and software components in the data center located at the National Archives at College Park, MD.Interested small businesses should contact the POC and request a copy of the draft PWS.
