The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517410 with a small business size standard of $15.0M. This requirement is reserved for qualified Offerors. The Pennsylvania Army National Guard has a requirement for The Mission Training Complex/Deployed Digital Training Campus (MTC/DDTC) and the Joint Force Headquarters G-6 (JFHQ G-6) require the procurement of 24x7 satellite capacity which shall be non-preemptable, with surge capacity options, to support training requirements and the procurement of a satellite internet and voice over IP (VOIP) service contract to support first responder requirements.
