This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Government intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Intech for regional information and intelligence sharing software that will combine police and immigration information into a central repository for 21 Caribbean islands. Vendor will be responsible for installation & project management, training & report design for the software. The software will provide an immigration border flow, airline manifest integration capability, cruise ship manifest integration capability, subject history file, image interface, image line-up, warrant/subject of interest marker, I/24-7 Interpol interface, and OTRCIS interface. Intech is the only known source for this requirement; Intech's regional information and intelligence software is already licensed to the enduser. Intech has system support in the region. Any interested parties in this requirement must provide information to support it ability to meet the above.
