The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The TAC intends to award a sole source, one (1) year, firm-fixed price contract to Intellica Corporation, 209 West Poplar Street, San Antonio, Texas 78212, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pursuant to authority 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, "Authorized or required by statute." The purpose of this contract is to implement a proof-of-concept pilot for the VA Innovation Initiative (VAi2) Remote Veteran Apnea Management Portal (REVAMP) project. The contractor shall develop a web portal to enable the remote diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea and host the application throughout the initial development and the pilot implementation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541512. The estimated date of award for this action is September 14, 2012.
