The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to issue a sole source award to General Dynamics Communications Services, under the authority of USC 2304(c)(1) pursuant to FAR 6.302.1. No other items/services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is repair of twelve (12) "Fastlane" KG-75 devices to support the existing Communications Security (COSMEC) Program at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency. All offerors must be authorized by the National Security Agency (NSA) to repair this equipment. The provisions of 52.213-4, Terms and conditions- Simplified Acquisitions Other than Commercial Items apply to this acquisition with no addenda. CBD note 22 applies to this acquisition.
