The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to award, on a sole source basis, to General Dynamics Communications Systems an order for the repair of seven (7) "Fastlane" KG-175 and four (4) "Fastlane" KG-75 devices to support the existing Communications Security (COMSEC) Program at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency. All offerors must be authorized by the National Security Agency (NSA) to repair this equipment. The provisions of 52.213-4, Terms and conditions-Simplified Acquisitions Other Than Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition with no addenda. CBD Note 22 applies to this Acquisition. Under the authority of USC 2304(c)(1) pursuant to FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source and no other items/services will satisfy agency requirements.
