This is a notification of the intent to award on a sole source basis to Micropact Engineering Inc. for software support and upgrade subscription for the eversity data system, iComplaints application and entelliTrak Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Edition application for 1 May 2013 through 30 April 2014. To maintain system integrity, all items and support must be from a single source. All three applications are the proprietary property of MicroPact Engineering, Inc. Each subscription offers specific and unique capabilities to the DON office of Civilian Human Resources Department. Solicitation N00189-13-T-Z088 applies and will be issued 26 April 2013 with responses due 30 April 2013. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
