Authorization to do this is contained under 10 U.S.C. 2304-(c)1. The Government intends to award to Galorath Incorporated. This is an annual license renewal (SEER H/SEM Site License Renewal) that supports the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA). This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
