The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) John D. Dingell Medical Center (JDDVAMC) intends to contract with AT&T for local Primary Rate Interface service at the JDDVAMC. The contract period is October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This procurement is based on the determination that the government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from only one source. __________ This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
