This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to LexisNexis, a division of Reed Elsevier, Inc. for information retrieval services (SIC-7375) for academic, congressional, and U.S. Service Academies and Joint Professional Military Educa tion Institutes. Only one responsible source exists for this service that will satisfy agency requirements. This purchase will be completed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR Part 13 a nd 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for offers. However, all proposals received within ten days after the date of this publication will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to t his requirement.
