The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems (NLETS), located at: 2930 East Cameback Road, Suite #160, Phoenix, AZ 85016 for the acquisition of annual renewal of NLETS Membership for the period of performance of 10/01/2005 – 09/30/2006. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems. The NAICS Code is 518112, “Web Search Portals” and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.0 million. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order.
