GSA/FTS proposes to procure the following online subscription services. Statement of Work 1. SCOPE: To establish a contract to provide internet access to topic reviews in internal medicine and subspecialties, obstetrics and gynecology, family medicine, and pediatrics. Topic reviews will be written by recognized experts in the medical specialty, will cite references with abstracts for original research, will be peer-reviewed, and be updated at least 3 times a year. Reviews will discuss diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and physiopathology of medical conditions and make specific recommendations for patient care. A keyword search engine to find specific topic reviews, plus a table of contents to browse contents is required. Access must be by registered IP addresses of each medical treatment facility; remote access will be provided through the AFMS Virtual Library and will be password protected. 2. LOCATION OF WORK: Product is online and available 24/7 with proper authentication. 3. JOB VERIFICATION: Vendor will ensure product is updated at least 3 times a year with the most current medical information. 4. HANDLING: Vendor will ensure continuous access; AFMS Knowledge Exchange will provide IP addresses to vendor. 5. HOURS OF WORK: Product must be available to all Air Force Medical Service members 24/7. 6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Nov 04 through 31 Oct 05.
