Notice of Intent to Sole Source with Communications Solutions Corporation for installation services in the Chicago, IL area.This proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested pesonms may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for th purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Communications Solutions Corporation is the only known certified installation vendor for EON equipment. The requirement consists of the installation of telephones and voicemail using government povided equipment. Installation of conduit and 100 pair cable. The conduit and cabling materials plus any miscellaneous materials would be contractor provided. Labor is for all tasks.
