The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region on behalf of the U. S Army Information Technology Agency (USAITA) intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract task order under other than full and open competition- sole source basis to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.,(BAH). The Government intends to purchase services to provide highly specialized informational Technology related organizational transformation, program management and business support services to USA Information Technology Agency and the Office of the Administrative Assistance to the Secretary of the Army organizational transformation initiatives. This notice is valid until 13 February 2012, 12:00 PM EST and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of four (4) months. The NAICS code is 541511 and size standard is $25 million.
