The new Mexico National guard, Santa Fe, New Mexico has a requirement for telecommunication infrastructure. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The suggested contractor is Qwest DBA CenturyLink.

Market research has shown that there are no other known vendors that provide Networx Portal telecommunications infrastructure to support the local area (all of New Mexico).

This is not a requrest for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product are welcome to submit specifications of their product/service, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government representatives for consideration for future requirements.
