You are notified that the following changes are made: (1) Title should be: NASA DELAY TOLERANT NETWORK CODE BASE KNOWN AS INTERPLANETARY OVERLAY NETWORK. (2) The Government intends to add and fund an additional year to the period of performance. The due date for responses is not extended.
