This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Harris C orporation, RF Communications, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610, for the purchase of following items: Item 0001: Multibrand, Multimission Manpack Radio - COMSEC, Part Number AN/PRC-1171F, 10 each; UMF STATCOM Antenna Set, 240 to 400 MHZ with en cryption, 10 each, and Item 0003, Battery Eliminator, 10 each, with a delivery date to INSCOM on or before One(1) day after receipt of order. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR O FFERS. This is a Notice of Intent.
