Qty 1 Each, CLIN 0002 – Snader SSC-SVC FailSafe48 Maintenance Agreement (A one-year agreement for maintenance and service support for the Multi-Image Processing System). Provides preferred and priority status. On-site technical assistance provided within 48 business hours and technical assistance by toll free phone. All labor provided at no additional cost to the government. Qty 1 Each. The system programming used by Snader and Associates on the installed system was developed by them and is proprietary. This is sole source due to compatibility. This requirement is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
