Travis intends to award a sole source renewal purchase order for software support maintenance for Multi-Access Records and verify systems to IMPAC Medical Systems Inc., Mountain View, CA. The system is located in the Oncology Dept at David Grant Medical Center, the plan includes remote support, service and upgrades. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and no other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance is from 01 Oct 2007 Through 30 Sep 2008. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of funds from which payments for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
