USDA, Rural Development intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Syntellect, Phoenix, AZ for hardware/software maintenance services on the Government owned integrated voice response unit components of the Centralized Servicing Center's call center. The platform consists of the VISTA system, application software, VISTA hardware, VistaView software, telephony hardware, VistaGen software, hardware/software for required host interfaces and hardware/software for required features including TDD, fax cards and Computer Telephony Interface. Syntellect is the original supplier of the equipment, the licensed software products can only be provided, modified and updated by Syntellect. The performance period is October 1, 2003 thru September 30, 2004. The NAICS code is 811212. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible source submissions must include all required evidence to allow this office to consider the possiblity of the firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received NLT 08/01/03.
