The 38 Engineering Installation Group/Contracting has a requirement for non-personal services for local telephone exchange services for 343rd RCS/RSSL, Recruiting Sites in Missouri. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by the Missouri Public Utilities Commission shall provide local commercial communications service for 343rd RCS/RSSL, Recruiting Sites in Missouri. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, call waiting, voice mail, directory number and number portability, emergency 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, DSL, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. In order to be eligible for award of this Request for Quote (RFQ), offerors may be required to have a Basic Agreement with this office.
