The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by Massachusetts PUC shall provide local commercial communications service for Recruiters associated with 319 RCS/RSSL, Portsmouth NH. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, analog subscriber lines, analog trunks, transport channel services, directory number and number portability, emergency 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier.
