The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 139 CF/SCX, Rosecrans, ANG, Missouri. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by Missouri PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 139CF/SCX, Rosecrans, ANG, Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, Did Numbers Block of 100, Directory Listing, Smart Trunk Interface S1-60, Business Trunk Equivalent (Per B-Channel Equipped), Extended Area Service, Calling Line Identification, PRI Port Charge (Per T-1), End User Common Line Charge, Federal Universal Service Fee, Local Number Portability Surcharge, Mo Universal Service Fund Message Services, Business Lines, Fax line, Call Forward by/DA, Call Notes and Surcharges. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517 with size standard of 1500 employees.
