The 38 EIG/PKK has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the 121 ARW/SCX, Rickenbacker IAP Air Guard Base located at 7370 Minuteman Way, Rickenbacker IAP AGB, Columbus OH 43217-5875. The local exchange service provider certified by the Ohio Public Utilities Commission shall provide local commercial communications service for the 121 ARW/SCX Rickenbacker IAP Air Guard Base located at Columbus, OH. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, analog subscriber lines, analog trunks, transport channel services, directory number and number portability, emergency 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses.
