The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 940 ARW/RS recruiting offices in Chico CA 95927 and Fair Oaks, CA 95928. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by the California PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 940 ARW/RS recruiting offices in Chico CA 95927 and Fair Oaks, CA 95928. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, Business Lines, Voice Mail, Message Waiting, Call Forward and DSL Service, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517 with size standard of 1500 employees.
