The Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) has a requirement for local telephone exchange services for ALTESS, Radford, VA to include commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, Primary Rate Interface (PRI) trunks, transport channels and direct inward dialing (DID) numbers. The proposed award will be a firm-fixed price type contract for a base year and four one-year options. All Incumbent and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers certified by the State of Virginia may submit an offer. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 4813. Release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated on or about 27 September 2013.
