The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 148 FW/SCX, Duluth IAP, MN. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by MINNESOTA PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 148 FW/SCX, Duluth IAP, MN. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, commercial subscriber lines, hot lines, ISDN PRI Configuration/ 2-Way trunks, transport channels, data point to point circuits - voice and data, DID directory number and number portability, public listings, 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517 with size standard of 1500 employees.
