The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 187 CF/SCX, Abston ANGS, Montgomery AL. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by Alabama Public Service Commission shall provide local commercial communication service for 187 CF/SCX, Abston ANGS, Montgomery AL. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, ISDN PRI Configuration/ 2-Way trunks, public listings, directory number and number portability, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517 with size standard of 1500 employees.
