The 38 Engineering Installation Group/Contracting has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for 940 ARW/RS, recruiter offices in Chico CA and Fair Oaks CA. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by California PUC shall provide local commercial communications service for 940 ARW/RS, recruiter offices in Chico CA and Fair Oaks CA. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, call forward/busy line, hunting, DSL internet connectivity, voice mail, transfer mailbox, directory number and number portability, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses.
