The project will require operation and maintenance (O&M) of the repeater network in Kosovo (KFOR) and the Former Yugoslavia Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). It will also include maintenance support, Tier-1 through Tier-3, of all handheld, mobile and base station land mobile radio (LMRs). Commerical off the shelf government owned mobile radios will be utilized. This service will be procured using FAR 12 procedures. The estimated solicitation issue date is 24 June 2002. The contractor must provide minimally two US Technicians with valid US Secret clearances. Contractor will provide all life support, housing, transportation and test equipment.
