The JHITS draft RFP consists of Section C, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Attachment J1, Capabilities Requirements Document (CRD) with Appendixes A through F. In addition, the JHITS draft RFP is expected to be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 28 April 2005. The JHITS RFP draft sections may be subject to change upon release of the final JHITS RFP. The Government will take into consideration any comments received by 9:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on 9 May 2005, and if appropriate, responses will be posted to the JHITS website.
